Social Media Manager (Paid + Organic + UGC) - Multi-Brand D2C Type: Full-time contractor (40 hrs/week) Location: Remote Budget: $4,000- $5,000/month (DOE) Reports to: Ari (Founder) The Role in One Line Run paid social, organic, and UGC across a portfolio of D2C brands. You ship the work. We will provide you the strategy, briefs, scripts, and ad recommendations - your job is to turn that into live campaigns, published content, and a steady creative pipeline. Why This Role Exists We run several profitable, bootstrapped D2C brands (US + UK). Strategy, creative direction, and daily ad analysis are already handled in-house and produces UGC scripts, static ad concepts, organic calendars, and daily/weekly paid-media recommendations. What we need is a strong operator to execute it all at volume and be the founder's day-to-day social partner. This is a hands-on doing role, not a strategy role. If you love owning execution and moving fast, this is a dream seat - half the thinking is done before you start. What You'll Do Run Meta ad accounts day to day: launch, monitor, scale, and kill campaigns across all brands, acting on the daily recommendations the AI analyst surfaces. Manage the UGC pipeline: brief creators on Billo from ready-made scripts, manage rounds and revisions, and hit a monthly volume target for new UGC ads. (Creators are sourced; you direct them.) Drive static ad volume: brief our existing designer from concepts you're handed and push a high monthly output. (Design is handled; you brief, review, and ship.) Publish organic on every platform: execute the content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more) per brand, on schedule. Be the data partner: daily communication with the founder, maintain a clean reporting rhythm, flag what's working and what's not. Keep the engine running: nothing should sit in a queue. You are the bottleneck-remover. What You Bring Must-Have 3+ years running paid social (Meta Ads Manager) for D2C / e-commerce brands, managing real budgets. Experience directing UGC creators (Billo or similar) and briefing designers to ship paid creative at volume. Proven organic social execution across IG, TikTok, and FB. Comfortable reading performance data (ROAS, CPA, TACOS) and acting on it. Fluent written + spoken English, responsive, and reliable in daily async + call communication. Nice-to-Have Experience managing multiple brands at once. Light video editing / Canva / creative tooling. Experience working alongside AI tools or automation in a marketing workflow.
