We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and results-driven **Social Media Manager** to join our growing team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to become full-time as the role expands. We are currently growing two brands and producing a podcast that supports the marketing of 10 different products. Our content strategy is built around podcasts, short-form video, social posts, and “news-jacking” relevant headlines to create timely, engaging content that drives attention, trust, and sales. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn ideas, podcasts, headlines, and product angles into high-performing social media content. Responsibilities You will be responsible for helping manage and grow our social media presence across multiple brands. Your responsibilities will include: * Creating and managing a social media content calendar * Turning podcast episodes into short-form videos, posts, hooks, captions, and headlines * Identifying relevant news, trends, and headlines we can use for timely content * Writing compelling video hooks, captions, headlines, and post copy * Working with our design team to create high-quality social media graphics and assets * Coordinating with video editors, designers, and leadership to keep content moving * Publishing or preparing content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and others * Tracking the performance of every post in a clear reporting system * Monitoring metrics such as reach, views, engagement, clicks, saves, shares, comments, and conversions where available * Reviewing content carefully for accuracy, spelling, grammar, brand voice, and compliance with our standards * Helping improve our content strategy based on actual performance data What We’re Looking For The right person is both creative and detail-oriented. You should be able to move fast, but you cannot be careless. You should be: * Skilled in social media strategy and content management * Strong at copywriting, especially hooks, headlines, captions, and short-form video concepts * Experienced with short-form video content and podcast repurposing * Able to identify trends, relevant headlines, and newsjacking opportunities * Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and creativity, but not dependent on AI to think for you * Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy * Organized enough to manage multiple brands, products, and content deadlines * Able to work with designers and provide clear creative direction * Focused on measurable results, not just posting content * Comfortable tracking and reporting content performance in a spreadsheet, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, or similar system Required Skills Please only apply if you have experience with: * Social media management * Content calendars * Short-form video strategy * Podcast content repurposing * Copywriting * Video hooks and headlines * Social media analytics * AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, OpusClip, Descript, CapCut, or similar tools * Working with designers, editors, or creative teams * Tracking post performance and reporting results Bonus Skills These are not required, but they are a plus: * Experience marketing health, wellness, agriculture, supplements, media, or education brands * Experience with podcast clips and YouTube Shorts * Experience with direct-response marketing * Experience managing multiple brands at once * Experience building systems for content production and analytics Success in This Role Looks Like We are not looking for someone who simply “posts content.” We are looking for someone who can help us build a repeatable social media machine. Success means: * Content is published consistently * Every post is tracked * Winning hooks, headlines, and formats are identified * Podcast content gets repurposed efficiently * Relevant trends and headlines are used quickly * The design team knows exactly what to create * Metrics improve over time * We can clearly see what content is working and why To Apply Please include the following in your application: 1.
