The Glo Media is a South Florida content and brand strategy agency working with founders and service-based brands. We handle strategy and production in-house — we need someone reliable to own publishing and engagement. What you'll do: Take a content folder (edited videos + assets) and build the monthly content calendar from it Write captions that hook and drive action — the video carries the weight, so captions open strong and end with one clean CTA, never a recap Schedule and publish consistently across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Run community engagement: comments, DMs, in-niche engagement, keeping accounts active What we're looking for: Experience managing multiple brand accounts at once Fluent in scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Metricool, or similar) Strong, on-brand caption writing Organized and dependable — cadence doesn't slip To apply: Tell us how many accounts you currently manage, the tools you use, and write one sample caption (hook + CTA) for a short-form video about [any topic].
