About Us: We are Divine Intervention Music (D.I.M.), an independent music label backing the rising artist "The II." We produce high-level conscious/Christian hip-hop. We are currently preparing for a major 8-track rollout, but right now, we are in "Phase 0"—warming up our current catalog and launching our exclusive #SeekGod apparel line. The Role: We are looking for a hungry, creative Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager to act as our "Integrator." Your job is to take our raw audio and brand vision, turn it into high-converting short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), and drive traffic to our Skool community and merch store. You will not be making the music; you will be the engine that gets the music and the #SeekGod clothing line seen by millions. Your Daily/Weekly Responsibilities: Video Generation: Use AI video tools (like Freebeat.ai or Kaiber) and CapCut to create 15-30 second visualizers using snippets of our existing music catalog. The Hook: Add highly engaging, bold text hooks and karaoke-style lyrics to keep viewer retention high. Merch Integration: Seamlessly promote the #SeekGod clothing line in the videos and captions (e.g., wearing the merch in clips, linking to the Gumroad store in the bio). Posting & Scheduling: Post 3-5 times a week consistently across TikTok, IG Reels, and Shorts. Community Routing: Reply to specific comments and DMs to drive fans into our free VIP Skool community. The Ideal Candidate: Expert in CapCut (or Premiere/Final Cut) and understands how to edit for fast-paced social media algorithms (pattern interrupts, sound design, text placement). Experience or willingness to learn AI video generation tools. Understands Hip-Hop / Conscious Rap / Christian Hip-Hop culture and can write captions that match that aesthetic. Understands basic sales funnels (moving people from a TikTok view to a merch purchase). Fluent in English with excellent copywriting skills for video hooks. What We Provide: A clear Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for exactly how we want the videos made. A dedicated Google Drive folder filled with raw music files, logo assets, and apparel photos. A long-term opportunity. If you crush "Phase 0," you will manage the official "Octet" album rollout over the next 16 weeks.
