Social Media Manager (Short-Form Video & Meta Ads Expert)

We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can create engaging short-form content and troubleshoot Meta Ads account issues. Responsibilities ● Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. ● Edit and publish engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). ● Write captions, optimize hashtags, and schedule content. ● Develop content ideas based on current trends. ● Diagnose and fix Meta Ads account issues, including Business Manager, Ad Account, Pixel, and Page-related problems. ● Ensure ad accounts are properly configured and ready to launch campaigns. ● Monitor performance and provide recommendations for improving organic and paid results. Requirements ● Proven experience managing social media accounts. ● Strong video editing skills for short-form content. ● Experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager. ● Ability to troubleshoot account restrictions, permissions, pixel events, and setup issues. ● Knowledge of current social media trends and content strategies. ● Excellent communication and attention to detail. Nice to Have ● Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro. ● Experience running lead generation or eCommerce Meta ad campaigns. ● Graphic design skills are a plus.
