About the Brand ROMANS is a premium protein cookie brand launching in the UK in early July 2026. The brand sits at the intersection of fitness, lifestyle, fashion and culture, with a strong focus on premium creative direction, discipline and aspiration. Our initial product range consists of high-protein cookies, with future plans to expand into additional categories. The visual identity is already established, and we have professional campaign photography and content available from a recent Paris-based shoot. Project Overview I am looking for a social media specialist to support the launch phase of ROMANS by creating a clear social media strategy and developing a bank of launch content that is ready to publish. This is a project-based engagement rather than an ongoing monthly management role. The objective is to create a launch strategy, content plan and ready-to-use assets that can be scheduled and published around launch. Primary Platforms Current focus: * Instagram * Facebook * TikTok Secondary platforms: * LinkedIn (brand and founder updates) * X/Twitter (currently inactive and held primarily for brand ownership) The immediate focus should be on Instagram and Facebook, as these are the platforms we intend to use to build awareness and drive traffic before launch. Objectives Pre-Launch The key objective before launch is to build awareness and anticipation for the brand. This includes: * Growing followers organically * Creating excitement around the upcoming launch * Driving traffic to the website * Capturing email sign-ups through a “Coming Soon” landing page * Building an engaged audience ready for launch day Launch The key objective during launch is: * Product awareness * Website traffic * First-time purchases * Community engagement * Social proof Deliverables Required I am looking for support with: Social Media Strategy A clear launch strategy covering: * Pre-launch activity * Launch week activity * First month post-launch activity * Content pillars * Recommended posting frequency * Audience growth strategy * Influencer/content creator strategy Content Planning A detailed content calendar covering: * Feed posts * Reels * Stories * Launch announcements * Product education * Founder-led content * Community engagement opportunities Creative Asset Development Creation of launch-ready assets using existing brand photography and content where appropriate. This may include: * Instagram posts * Carousel posts * Reels concepts * Story templates * Launch graphics * Email sign-up promotional content The goal is to have a substantial amount of content prepared in advance so that launch activity can be executed smoothly. Target Audience * UK-based * Ages 18–35 * Fitness enthusiasts * Gym-goers * Students and young professionals * Individuals interested in health, wellness and premium lifestyle brands Success Measures Success will be measured through: * Growth in followers * Email sign-ups before launch * Website traffic * Engagement rates * Community growth * Initial sales generated through social channels Additional Notes The brand already has professional photography, brand assets and website development underway. The ideal person will bring strategic thinking as well as creative execution, helping shape how ROMANS enters the market and builds momentum before launch.
