Social Media Manager / Video Editor

Title: Video Editor for Coaching & Influencer Content (Ongoing, IG/Reels) Rate: Hourly, $15-35/hr depending on experience Commitment: Ongoing, roughly 3-5 videos per week Job Description: I'm looking for a skilled video editor to join my team long-term for Innerharmony, a coaching and personal development brand with a growing influencer presence on Instagram. I need someone who can take raw footage and turn it into polished, scroll-stopping content that tells a story, not just cuts clips together. What you'll do: - Edit coaching and influencer videos (Reels/short-form) into compelling, story-driven content - Crop and edit background footage to fit different formats and keep pacing tight - Design clean, on-brand captions that are easy to read and visually engaging - Apply a consistent design system and aesthetic across all videos so the channel feels cohesive - Support my broader social media presence with editing and content strategy input What I'm looking for: - Strong storytelling instincts, you know how to structure a video so it holds attention start to finish - Solid technical editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) - An eye for caption design and typography, not just auto-captions dropped in - Experience building or following a consistent visual style/aesthetic across a body of work - Bonus: experience working with coaches, creators, or personal brands on Instagram Test task (please complete to apply): To help me evaluate fit, please: 1.
