We are seeking an expert Social Media Manager, to take over our Instagram Channel management. We are looking for someone to drive top of funnel organic traffic by creating viral content that not only gets views, drives followers & sales, but also authentically tells our story as a brand. We are in the fashion niche, but we are a mission-led brand that wants to create content around the mission rather than the product. This is a full strategic ownership role. You will act as the Growth Director for our channel, managing everything from content creation to data tracking and optimizations, backed by a clear 30-60-90 day strategy. Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Planning: maintaining a consistent 2-week pre-batched content calendar. Content Planning & Script Writing. Drafting emotionally moving short-form video scripts Production Oversight & Editing: Coordinate with talent, review raw video files, command necessary revisions, and finalize the vertical video editing (adding text hooks, music, and retention pacing). Account Management: Own the full distribution chain. Write high-converting captions, schedule all posts in a scheduling tool (Metricool/Hootsuite), and map targets against growth KPIs. Monthly Executive Reporting: Deliver end-of-month analytics tracking reports detailing performance insights, algorithm feedback, and strategy optimizations.
