Responsibilities Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms. Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media accounts. Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly. Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports. Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitors. Assist with email management and calendar scheduling. Perform data entry, internet research, and administrative tasks. Organize files and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with team members and complete assigned tasks on time. Requirements Experience in social media management and virtual assistance. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
