Key Responsibilities: Loosid (Social Media Manager and Strategist) Strategic Campaigns: - Conduct outreach to influencers, North American brands, and other categories relevant to the Loosid brand. - Identify and connect with potential brand ambassadors and collaborators. Research and Account Management: - Research and identify new accounts to follow and engage with, focusing on those that align with Loosid’s mission and audience. - Keep abreast of trends and popular figures in relevant fields to expand our reach. Best Practices and Strategy: - Maintain and update best practices for continuous engagement from followers. - Develop a monthly strategy for campaign outreach activities, targeting specific goals and KPIs. - Provide regular reports on engagement statistics and outreach effectiveness. Additional Responsibilities (as noted from our discussion): - Content guidance and support: Assist in developing content ideas and captions that resonate with our audience. - Event/Campaign promotion: Develop ideas that further add value to members and drive sales/signups. Help in promoting online and offline events hosted or sponsored by Loosid. Setup and Onboarding: - You will be set up with the necessary email and social media logins by Kelly, our operations manager. - A detailed onboarding session will be conducted to familiarize you with our brand guidelines and current strategies. Content Creation: - Will be handled by design team, but any ideas, from you or anybody else, should always be considered if they make sense. - Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging. Grant full usage rights of all created content to Loosid. Team Management: - Oversee the team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in tasks. Expectations: - Proactive communication and collaboration with the Loosid team. - A commitment to upholding the brand's reputation and voice across all interactions and engagements. - Regular updates and check-ins to ensure alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
