Social Media Manager for Aesthetic Nurse Injector – Instagram & TikTok

I’m a nurse injector looking for a reliable and creative social media manager to help me consistently grow my Instagram and TikTok accounts and ultimately attract new clients. I’m a busy mom, business owner, and currently in school, so I’m looking for someone who can take the lead on organizing and managing my social media presence long-term. Responsibilities would include: * Creating a monthly content calendar for Instagram and TikTok * Researching current trends and coming up with engaging content, Reel, and TikTok ideas relevant to the aesthetics/beauty industry * Giving me clear ideas/scripts for videos that I can film and send to you * Posting and scheduling content consistently * Writing captions and selecting relevant hashtags/keywords * Posting client before-and-after photos that I provide * Engaging with relevant accounts and potential clients to help organically grow my audience * Helping develop a consistent brand and content strategy * Tracking what content performs well and adjusting the strategy to improve views, engagement, followers, and client inquiries Bonus: If you are experienced with editing Reels/TikToks, I would also like you to edit the videos I film into polished, engaging short-form content. I’m happy to offer additional weekly hours for video editing. My Instagram account is currently restricted from running paid ads after I previously attempted to promote a client before-and-after photo, so organic growth is especially important to me. Experience growing accounts organically would be a major asset. I’m initially looking to hire someone for approximately 1–3 months to make sure we’re a good fit, but my goal is to turn this into an ongoing/indefinite position. If we are seeing growth in views, engagement, followers, and client inquiries, I would love to continue working together long-term and potentially expand the role.
