Summary

Meta Ads Manager Needed for Los Angeles Event (July 18) We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager to help drive awareness, qualified RSVPs, Typeform submissions, and ticket sales for a nostalgia-themed live event taking place in Los Angeles on July 18. This is not a follower growth role. We already have support for organic growth, content creation, PR, influencer outreach, and creative asset production. We are specifically looking for an experienced media buyer who can build, manage, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns to maximize attendance and conversions. Project Goal Our primary objective is to generate qualified traffic that converts into: • Typeform submissions • RSVPs • Ticket sales We are targeting approximately 500–1,000 attendees and are looking for someone who can help us strategically use paid advertising to achieve that goal. Responsibilities • Develop and execute Meta advertising campaigns • Build audience targeting and retargeting campaigns • Optimize campaigns based on performance data • Track key conversion metrics • Drive qualified traffic through our RSVP and ticketing funnel • Identify bottlenecks and drop-off points within the funnel • Recommend improvements to increase conversion rates • Scale campaigns as performance data becomes available Requirements • Proven experience running Meta Ads • Experience with live events, ticket sales, RSVP campaigns, or lead generation funnels • Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking • Experience building retargeting campaigns • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Ability to move quickly and make data-driven decisions Preferred Experience Experience marketing any of the following is strongly preferred: • Nightlife events • Festivals • Concerts • Entertainment events • Pop-ups • Experiential activations • Brand activations • Cultural events • Launch parties Creative Assets We already have creative assets, branding, content strategy, social media content, PR efforts, influencer outreach, and funnel infrastructure in place. We are looking for someone who can leverage these assets through effective paid advertising and provide strategic recommendations based on performance. Do you see any friction points in the current funnel? If so, what are they? 6. What would you change, if anything, to improve RSVP completion rates? 7. Looking at the assets provided, what would your campaign structure look like? 8. If your goal was to generate 500–1,000 attendees by July 18, what would your strategy be over the next 30 days? 9. Would you optimize for Typeform submissions, RSVPs, ticket purchases, or a combination of all three? Why? 10. What audiences would you target? 11. What tracking would you install before spending money? 12. How would you set up retargeting for: Instagram engagement Video views Website visitors Typeform visitors People who start but do not complete the RSVP process 13. What 3 ad creatives or messaging angles would you test first? 14. What budget would you recommend starting with and why? 15. What KPIs would you monitor daily and weekly? 16. If performance is poor after the first week, how would you determine whether the issue is: Creative Audience targeting Offer Landing page RSVP process Ticketing flow 17. If we hired you today, what would your first 7-day action plan be? 18. Based on the information provided, what do you believe is the biggest obstacle to getting someone from seeing an ad to completing the RSVP or ticket purchase process? 19.
