Social Media Manager for Company

Mont3 is a Lugano-based AI consultancy working across fintech, hospitality, and Web3. We're looking for a social media manager to run our presence on Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels. You'll create content that showcases our projects and client work, share quick AI/tech tips, and produce cheeky, personality-driven reels that grow our following, not just fill a feed. We want someone who understands platform-specific strategy: what works on LinkedIn is different from what works on TikTok. Looking for real experience in social media marketing and management, a strong sense of short-form video trends, and the ability to make technical work feel accessible and shareable.
