Social Media Content Creator – Disney / Travel Influencer Brand We're the DCL Duo — the #1 ranked Disney Cruise Line podcast on Feedspot, with 650+ episodes, 1M+ total downloads, and a passionate community of Disney Cruise Line fans. We're looking for a creative social media content creator to help us grow our Instagram and social presence the way the best influencer accounts do: original content, strong hooks, shareable posts, and a feed that stops the scroll. What This Role Is (and Isn't) This is NOT an episode promotion role. We're not looking for someone to turn podcast episodes into posts. We're looking for someone who thinks like a content creator — who understands what makes Disney and travel content go viral, knows how to build an audience, and can develop original content ideas that bring new followers into our world and convert them into listeners. What We're Looking For You're a great fit if you: - Have grown (or helped grow) a niche lifestyle, travel, or entertainment account on Instagram - Understand what makes content viral and shareable — hooks, formats, timing, trends - Can develop original content ideas rooted in Disney Cruise Line culture (tips, reactions, ranked lists, "did you know" content, community engagement posts) - Write captions that feel native to the platform, not like ads - Stay current on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok trends and know how to adapt them to a niche audience - Can work independently and bring ideas to us, not just wait for direction Responsibilities - Develop and pitch a weekly content calendar of original post ideas - Create polished, on-brand content and propose new formats - Write captions with strong hooks, CTAs, and hashtag strategy - Produce and execute on Instagram Reels, Instagram Posts, YouTube Shorts and TikTok Video - Monitor engagement and flag what's working so we can double down The Goal Organically grow our follower count across platforms (main goal is to grow past 10K across all three platforms), expand our reach beyond our existing listener base, and build the kind of social presence that makes people want to find out more about who we are — with the podcast as the destination, not the content itself. Proposal Requirements Please include: 1. Examples of accounts you've grown or content you've created in a lifestyle, travel, or entertainment niche 2. Two or three original content ideas you'd pitch for a Disney Cruise Line brand account 3. Your preferred rate and availability We're looking for a long-term creative partner.
