Summary

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Social Media Manager to take ownership of our digital footprint for 10 to 15 hours per week. Your primary goal is to translate our strong physical presence into a highly engaging online brand that drives local lead generation. Key Responsibilities Platform Revitalization: Manage daily execution and drive aggressive organic growth across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Short-Form Video Production: Edit raw job-site footage (provided asynchronously by our field teams) into high-retention vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) showcasing before/after transformations and one-day installs. Geo-Targeted Marketing: Implement rigorous, location-based hashtag and geo-tagging strategies to target specific municipalities across the Delmarva Peninsula, Baltimore Metro, and Greater Philadelphia regions. Content Syndication: Transform our extensive library of 5-star customer reviews and offline community event/home expo appearances into high-converting digital social proof. Platform Expansion: Establish and optimize high-intent visual search and local contractor verification profiles, specifically focusing on Pinterest, Houzz, and Nextdoor.
