Social Media Manager for Instagram & TikTok

We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead Instagram and TikTok growth for our brand. This is an ongoing role for someone who can own content strategy from planning through execution — not just post content, but build a system that drives real growth. What you'll do: Develop and execute a content strategy tailored to Instagram and TikTok Plan, create, and/or oversee short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) Manage a content calendar and maintain consistent posting Track growth metrics and adjust strategy based on performance Engage with community/comments to support organic growth What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong content strategy background Track record of driving measurable growth on Instagram and TikTok specifically Strong understanding of platform algorithms and short-form content trends Excellent communication and ability to work independently Please include examples of accounts you've grown (metrics welcome) when applying.
