Social Media Manager for a New Business

✨ Looking for a Social Media Manager / Creative Partner ✨ I’m looking for someone dedicated, creative and aligned who wants to grow together long term 🤍 This is for a coaching / counselling / spirituality-based brand focused on authentic connection, healing, personal growth & meaningful content. What I’m looking for: • Someone who can help guide the content direction • Support with content ideas, strategy & trends • Help shape reels, captions & posting flow • Someone proactive, intuitive & collaborative • Interested in building a brand together — not just “posting content” Candidates must be able to have a video call with me each week to discuss progress and provide timesheets of work completed. Role includes: 🌿 Content planning for the month 🌿 5 reels per week 🌿 1 post per day 🌿 Community engagement 🌿 Account growth support 🌿 Helping organise and direct content creation I want someone who feels genuinely invested in the vision and enjoys creating intentional, inspiring content together. As the account grows, the hours will also. This is currently paid as 8hours per week. I want to be able to build something with someone - I would be happy if this could eventually turn into full time work for the right candidate who helped with the growth !
