Social Media Manager for Pilates Studio

I'm opening a boutique Pilates studio in Parker, CO, and I'm looking for a social media manager to help build buzz ahead of launch and then maintain a consistent, on-brand presence once we're open. Brand voice: premium but approachable — earthy, organic, feminine and cool without being try-hard. Not loud, not gimmicky. Think elevated wellness, not generic fitness-studio content. Scope: - Content creation and editing for Instagram (Reels, carousels, stories) — TikTok a plus if you have strong instincts there - Executing against a content calendar and priority messaging that I'll provide - Trend-aware ideas, but filtered through our brand tone, not chasing every trend Not in scope: comment/DM community engagement (I'm handling that myself for now). How I work: I want to stay in the loop and approve content before it goes out, especially early on, but I'm looking for someone who brings real creative judgment, not just execution. Professional studio photography is being scheduled soon, so you'll have real assets to work with beyond phone content.
