Social Media Manager for Restaurant Group

We operate three premium dining concepts in Dubai, one modern Japanese, one Mediterranean, and one contemporary Middle Eastern. Combined we have around 45,000 followers across Instagram but engagement has been low and we are not seeing social media translate into reservations. We need a social media manager who understands the F&B and hospitality space and knows how to make restaurant content feel aspirational without looking like every other Dubai dining account. What we are looking for: Full Instagram management across all three accounts with a distinct voice and visual direction for each. Content strategy, caption writing, Reels concepts, stories, and monthly reporting. We have an in-house photographer and videographer so assets are not the problem. Strategy, direction, and copy are where we need help. We want our content to make people pick up the phone and book a table, not just double tap and scroll on.
