About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of the social presence for three service-based businesses. This is a hands-on, multi-brand contract role where you will be responsible for strategy, content creation, copywriting, scheduling, community management, and supporting paid advertising — all independently and remotely. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy Develop and execute monthly content calendars for all three brands aligned to each brand’s voice, audience, and goals. Create original, on-brand content including graphics, short-form video, carousels, stories, and static posts. Generate AI-powered videos using tools such as Runway, Sora, Kling, or similar platforms to produce high-quality brand content at scale. Repurpose long-form content into platform-optimised short-form assets across multiple channels. Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all platforms for each brand. Copywriting Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for posts, captions, ad creative, and community content. Craft hooks, CTAs, and engagement-driving copy tailored to each platform’s algorithm and audience behaviour. Adapt messaging and tone for each individual brand while maintaining clarity and persuasion throughout. Scheduling & Publishing Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms using tools such as Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite. Monitor posting times and optimise scheduling based on analytics and audience activity data. Maintain an organised content library and approval workflow across all brands. Facebook Groups Manage and grow branded Facebook Groups, including daily engagement, post creation, and moderation. Drive community participation through polls, prompts, live content announcements, and pinned resources. Build trust and authority within groups to support lead generation and brand loyalty. Pinterest Management Create and manage Pinterest boards, pins, and Idea Pins to drive organic traffic and brand awareness. Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to Pinterest content for maximum reach. Analyse Pinterest analytics and iterate on pin design and strategy to grow monthly impressions. Paid Advertising Support Assist with the setup and management of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creative selection, and copy. Support A/B testing of ad creatives and help interpret performance data to improve ROAS. Coordinate with the team on ad budgets, campaign objectives, and reporting. Analytics & Reporting Provide regular performance reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions across all brands. Use data to identify what’s working and continuously refine content strategy. Set and track KPIs for each brand to demonstrate clear, measurable results. Requirements Must-Haves Proven track record managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously, with demonstrable growth and engagement results. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write in multiple distinct brand voices. Hands-on experience with Facebook Group management and community building. Active experience with Pinterest strategy and SEO, including Idea Pins. Proficiency in AI video generation tools (e.g. Runway, Kling, Sora, HeyGen, or similar). Experience assisting with or setting up Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Excellent content planning and scheduling skills with knowledge of major scheduling platforms. Strong eye for visual design and brand consistency. Self-managed, highly organised, and reliable when working remotely across multiple priorities. Clear and proactive communicator — responsive, accountable, and deadline-driven. Nice-to-Haves Experience in service-based industries (e.g. coaching, consulting, health & wellness, professional services). Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and the ability to align social content with email campaigns. Knowledge of TikTok and LinkedIn content strategy. Experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager. What Success Looks Like Within 90 days, you will have established a consistent content rhythm across all three brands, grown their combined audience and engagement metrics, had Facebook Groups actively generating leads or community value, and launched at least one successful ad campaign per brand. You bring ideas proactively and back every decision with data.
