Social Media Manager for Softball Recruiting

We're looking for an experienced social media and athlete branding professional to create and optimize an X (Twitter) account for our 15-year-old daughter, a competitive high school softball player who is beginning the college recruiting process. This is a one-time setup project. We are looking for someone who understands college athletic recruiting and knows how to present a student-athlete professionally on social media. Responsibilities include: Create and professionally optimize an X account from scratch Write a recruiting-focused bio Design an attractive profile photo and header layout (using photos we provide) Create a pinned introductory post Recommend college coaches, softball programs, recruiting services, and organizations to follow Develop a list of relevant hashtags and best practices for recruiting visibility Provide a simple 30-day content plan with posting ideas Offer guidance on how parents and athletes should use X to engage with college coaches Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with softball or baseball recruiting Experience building social media profiles for student-athletes Familiarity with NCAA recruiting and the college recruiting process Knowledge of Hudl, GameChanger, or other athlete recruiting platforms is a plus When applying, please include: Examples of athlete or sports-related accounts you've created or managed A brief description of your recruiting or athlete branding experience Your fixed price for this project Estimated turnaround time Our goal is to create a professional, recruiting-focused account that will help our daughter connect with college coaches and showcase her athletic accomplishments.
