Social Media Manager for Sports Prediction App — Daily Content + HeyGen Videos

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to take ownership of the daily social-media presence for a fast-growing football and sports-prediction app. The app allows users to make football predictions, compete on leaderboards, follow live matches, and join private groups. We are growing around the 2026 World Cup and need someone who can turn football news, user predictions, rankings, and match moments into consistent daily content. This is not a role for someone who only schedules generic posts. We need someone who understands short-form content, moves quickly around football events, and can create engaging content every day. What you will do * Create and publish daily content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, and other relevant platforms. * Produce HeyGen avatar videos using scripts, football news, prediction results, leaderboard updates, and app features. * Turn live football moments into quick, engaging posts: match predictions, upset alerts, top predictors, leaderboard changes, goalscorer picks, and community challenges. * Write short-form scripts, captions, hooks, titles, hashtags, and post descriptions. * Use app screenshots, screen recordings, branding assets, and existing content to make posts feel authentic and engaging. * Maintain a consistent content calendar while reacting quickly to major football matches and breaking football news. * Track content performance and improve the strategy based on what performs best. * Coordinate with our team on campaigns, rewards, ambassador content, creator partnerships, and app updates. What we are looking for * Strong experience managing social-media accounts, ideally in sports, football, gaming, fantasy sports, betting-adjacent content, or mobile apps. * Proven ability to create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. * Experience using HeyGen, CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar content-production tools. * Strong written English and genuine football knowledge. * You understand how to create content around fixtures, major tournaments, player storylines, predictions, rankings, and fan debates. * Able to work independently and create content without constant direction. * Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where major football matches create immediate content opportunities. Nice to have * Experience growing a sports or football account from scratch. * Experience working with mobile apps, startups, or creator-led brands. * Familiarity with AI-generated video workflows. * Ability to create simple motion graphics, memes, carousels, and screen-recording-based content. * Familiarity with football audiences in the United States, Europe, Türkiye, Latin America, or the Middle East.
