About Me I am a licensed therapist and private practice owner looking for a creative, collaborative Social Media Manager to help grow my online presence and expand the reach of my mental health content. My brand focuses on therapy, emotional wellness, relationships, self-growth, perfectionism, anxiety, and authenticity. What I’m Looking For I’m seeking someone who can help bring consistency, creativity, and strategy to my social media platforms. This is a collaborative role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into engaging content and understands how to build an authentic personal brand. Responsibilities * Edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.) * Create engaging captions and post copy * Develop and manage a content calendar * Schedule and publish content consistently * Repurpose existing content into multiple formats * Generate creative content ideas aligned with my brand and audience * Identify trends and opportunities while maintaining an authentic voice * Support audience growth and brand visibility * Collaborate on content strategy and campaign planning Ideal Candidate * Experience managing social media accounts for personal brands, coaches, therapists, or wellness professionals * Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar) * Understands Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends * Creative thinker who can proactively bring new ideas to the table * Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented * Strong communication skills and comfortable collaborating closely * Interest in mental health, wellness, psychology, or personal development is a plus To Apply Please include: 1.
