We're a successful, large-scale music industry brand managing high-traffic social media pages, and we're looking for a sharp, fast-paced Social Media Manager to help us grow and engage our audience over the long term. This is a fast-moving, high-output role. The music world never sleeps, releases drop constantly, and trends move fast – so we need someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to act quickly without waiting to be told what to do. You should thrive under a quick pace, take ownership of your work, and bring strong ideas to the table. What you'll do: - Plan, write, and publish content across our social media pages - Create and edit Reels and short-form videos optimized for each platform - Write captions, hooks, and copy designed for virality and high engagement - Source and select images and visuals that fit our brand and respect copyright - Stay on top of music industry news, trends, releases, and culture - Spot trending sounds, formats, and topics early and turn them into content - Maintain a consistent posting schedule, including weekends What we're looking for: - Strong attention to detail – clean, accurate, on-brand work every time - Genuine knowledge of and passion for the music industry - Proven ability to write for virality and high engagement - Skilled at making Reels and short-form videos (a big plus) - A good eye for selecting images and visuals - Solid understanding of copyright law as it applies to images, music, and video - Proactive, well-rounded, and able to juggle multiple things at once - Reliable and available to work weekends This is a long-term project for the right person. If you live and breathe social media and music, move fast, and obsess over the details, we'd love to hear from you.
