Social Media Manager for unique project

I have a new social media page I need help with. I’m relatively new to the game and need someone to help me get it off the ground. Here are some details: Content subject matter: Videos and photos I create to make people ask questions. They may be funny; they may deal with heavy subjects (death, war, etc), they may be social commentary. But they are designed not to tell people what to think but to open up dialogue. Some may be strange, poetic, esoteric wanderings, while others may be just a play on visual images. Most videos are between :15-:45 long. Content Creation: I will create all of the content. And I’m putting it on social media to get eyeballs on it. I don’t mind posting the videos myself, but I need assistants with everything else. That is where you come in. I’m looking for someone to do engagement, commenting, and helping me find/build an audience. I look to post 1-2 a week (maybe more). Already I’ve created over 50 videos and am still going. So we have lots of content This is unique in that the posts will be a bit outside the normal social media fodder. They vary in visual style, design approach, and meaning. My goal is not to sell anything or direct viewers to a website, but to get people to just watch the videos.
