Social Media Manager with Exceptional Taste - Astrology Instagram

We're Staia, a startup building an astrology brand — and our Instagram should feel as magical and aesthetic as the product. We're looking for one creative person to own the page end to end: the look, the ideas, and the execution. Here's the good part: no ads to run, no follower targets to chase. Traffic already flows to the page from our content and influencer collabs. Your mission is what people see when they land — a feed that's beautiful, unmistakably Staia, and makes an exceptional first impression. That part depends entirely on you. What you'll do: - Shape the creative vision for the whole feed — how it looks, feels, and flows as one - Once done, you will create and publish 3 posts a week: aesthetic carousels and animated visuals (no video editing — we've kept it simple on purpose) - Hunt viral concepts in the astrology/spirituality niche and remix them into our own style - Execute fast with AI tools + Canva, using our ready-made brand kit (fonts, colors, guidelines) - Bring your own post ideas — we'll give you angles and references, but we love initiative You are: - Someone with exceptional visual taste — the #1 thing we're hiring for - Fluent with AI creative tools (prompting and iterating come naturally to you) - Skilled in Canva or any other graphic design tool for social media — layouts, carousels, simple animation - Someone who knows what makes people stop, save, and share - Self-directed: brief + brand kit + references = you run with it - Ideally into astrology ✨ The setup: ongoing, part-time (~3 posts/week to start), fully remote — with real room to grow with us as the brand takes off.
