We are an agency looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Account Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned our account and client accounts, creating compelling content, scheduling posts, and tracking analytics. Your expertise in social media management will contribute to the success of our clients' online presence and brand growth. Responsibilities: Manage assigned client accounts across various social media platforms Develop and implement effective strategies to increase brand awareness and audience reach Create engaging and shareable content tailored to specific target audiences Schedule and publish social media posts in a timely manner Monitor social media channels and promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries Collaborate with the content team to develop captivating content that resonates with the target audience Stay updated on social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities Analyze social media analytics and performance data to gain insights and optimize strategies Leverage influencers, brand advocates, and user-generated content to amplify brand reach Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business and marketing objectives Provide clients with recommendations and insights on optimizing their social media presence Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Account Manager or in a similar role Strong understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling social media content Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and measure performance Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues or concerns effectively Familiarity with social media trends, industry updates, and emerging strategies Passionate about building brand presence on social media platforms Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Daily Activities: Monitor social media channels and promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries Create and schedule social media posts Analyze social media analytics Weekly Activities: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and shareable content Stay updated on social media trends and industry updates Compensation: Hourly or fixed monthly rate (to be determined based on experience) Key Performance Indicators: Increase in brand awareness and audience reach Growth in the number of followers Positive sentiment and feedback from followers and customers Contribution to driving brand growth and customer satisfaction If you are a passionate and talented Social Media Account Manager with a strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies, we invite you to join our team.
