Social Media Manager — InstaGlow InstaGlow is a social media agency. We're looking for an SMM manager who can take our strategy and bring it to life across our clients' accounts: someone organized, trend-aware, and genuinely good at making content feel like them, not generic. This is an independent contractor role. What you'll do: Manage 3 client accounts end-to-end Work closely with our designer to build each client's monthly layout grid, templates, and freebies Research current trends and translate them into each client's account in a way that fits their brand Create carousels, stories, reels, and copy for every post — working from existing templates and the client's content library (note: we don't shoot or film; you'll be building from an existing content database) Monitor ad performance and adjust as needed Deliver a monthly report and map out the following month's plan Who you are: Experienced with Instagram content and growth Comfortable working from templates while keeping each account distinct and on-brand Self-directed, reliable, and good at managing your own time Attuned to tone — you can tell the difference between copy that connects and copy that sounds like everyone else Rate: $1,500–$2,000/month, with room to grow as you take on more.
