We hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO 39001, AEO, GDP, and TAPA TSR:1 certifications, and we move freight for some of the most demanding industries in Europe, from automotive to retail to high-value cargo. No clutter. That is the standard we hold ourselves to in everything we publish, and it is the standard we expect from the person who runs our social media. Now we want our online presence to match the quality of our operation. That is where you come in. The Role We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our presence across four platforms: • LinkedIn — our most important channel. B2B audience: logistics directors, procurement managers, supply chain leaders at major European manufacturers and retailers. Content must be sharp, credible, and authoritative. • Instagram — our visual showcase. Fleet, drivers, operations, behind the scenes, company culture. Premium aesthetic, consistent grid, strong reels. • Facebook — community, recruitment, and brand visibility, especially across Eastern and Central Europe where many of our drivers and staff are based. • TikTok — the growth channel. Trucking content performs exceptionally well on TikTok. We want authentic, engaging, fast-paced content that shows the real life of a modern fleet: the trucks, the routes, the drivers, the scale. This is a long-term, ongoing engagement. We are not looking for a one-off campaign. We want a partner who grows with us. What You Will Do Strategy • Build and maintain a content strategy for each platform, aligned with our brand and our B2B sales goals • Define a monthly content calendar and get it approved in advance • Adapt tone and format per platform: corporate authority on LinkedIn, visual storytelling on Instagram, energy and authenticity on TikTok Content Creation • Write all copy in fluent, native-quality English. Clean, modern, premium tone. Short declarative sentences. No filler, no clichés, no generic corporate speak • Design graphics, carousels, and templates consistent with our visual identity • Edit short-form video (reels, TikToks) from raw footage we provide from our fleet, terminals, and events • Create recruitment-focused content to attract professional drivers Management • Publish consistently across all four platforms (we expect a regular cadence, to be agreed together, roughly 3 to 5 posts per week per platform depending on the channel) • Monitor comments and messages, respond or escalate to us promptly • Engage with relevant industry accounts, hashtags, and conversations • Stay on top of trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram, and move fast when an opportunity fits our brand Reporting • Deliver a clear monthly performance report: reach, engagement, follower growth, top content, and recommendations • Track what works, kill what does not, and continuously refine the strategy What We Provide • Raw photo and video material from our fleet, drivers, terminals, and trade shows (we recently exhibited at Deliver Europe in Amsterdam) • Brand guidelines, logos, and existing visual assets • Fast feedback and a single point of contact. We move quickly and we respect your time • Industry context whenever you need it. We will explain anything about freight, logistics, or our operations so your content is always accurate Who We Are Looking For Required • Proven experience managing social media for B2B companies, ideally in logistics, transport, industrial, automotive, or similar sectors • A portfolio. We will not consider applications without examples of real accounts you have managed and real content you have produced • Strong graphic design skills (Figma, Canva Pro, Adobe Suite, or equivalent) • Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent) • Native or near-native written English • Deep understanding of LinkedIn for B2B and TikTok for organic growth • Self-managed, reliable, and consistent. You deliver without being chased Bonus • Experience with the European logistics or automotive industry • Experience growing a TikTok account from zero • Knowledge of paid social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), even though this role is organic-first • Additional languages: German, French, or Romanian What Success Looks Like In 6 months, our LinkedIn is a credible industry voice that supports our sales team in conversations with major European shippers. Our Instagram looks like it belongs to a premium brand. Our TikTok has real momentum and real followers. Our Facebook supports driver recruitment with a steady flow of quality applicants. And all of it runs without us having to think about it daily.
