Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced, goal-oriented Social Media Manager to help manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, highly communicative, and actively engaged in the current social media landscape. This person should understand how to create content that connects with the right audience, read and interpret analytics, manage boosting strategies, and stay current with platform trends and best practices. Responsibilities The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing social media content across IG, FB, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This includes developing content ideas, staying up to date with trends, engaging with audiences, reviewing analytics, and making strategic recommendations based on performance. This role will also require experience with boosting posts and understanding how to support both organic and paid social media growth. The right candidate should be comfortable working toward specific goals and targets, tracking progress, and adjusting strategy when needed. Key Responsibilities * Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok * Create and execute content strategies that align with brand goals * Stay current with content trends, platform updates, and audience behavior * Read and interpret analytics to measure performance and guide strategy * Understand boosting, promoted posts, and basic paid social strategy * Actively engage with followers, comments, messages, and relevant communities * Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and improved visibility * Help source and evaluate high-quality influencers or brand partners * Communicate clearly and consistently with the team * Work toward defined targets and provide regular updates on progress Requirements * Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or clients * Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok * Experience reading social media analytics and using data to improve performance * Experience with boosting posts or paid social media support * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate professionally * Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities * Creative mindset with a strong understanding of what performs well online * Goal-oriented and comfortable being accountable to targets * Active knowledge of current content trends and social media best practices Preferred Experience * Experience working with wellness, health, fitness, beauty, lifestyle, or personal development brands * Experience identifying, vetting, and coordinating with quality influencers * Basic copywriting, graphic design, or video editing skills Ideal Candidate You are proactive, creative, and strategic. You know how to balance engaging content with measurable results. You are not just posting for the sake of posting. You understand how to use data, trends, boosting, and community engagement to help a brand grow.
