Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence across our venue and coffee brand. You will be responsible for managing multiple platforms: Venue: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Coffee Company: Instagram, LinkedIn We are looking for someone who can create and execute a clear content strategy while maintaining a simple, elegant, and consistent visual style that reflects our brands. Responsibilities include: Planning and posting daily content (minimum 1 photo + 1 reel per day per brand where appropriate) Creating engaging, high-quality visuals and short-form video content Developing a cohesive social media strategy for both brands Managing scheduling, captions, and community engagement Identifying trends and opportunities to grow reach and engagement Requirements: Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Strong understanding of content strategy and brand storytelling Ability to create or direct visually strong, simple, and elegant content Experience with hospitality, café, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple accounts We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the role, bring creative ideas, and help build a strong and consistent brand presence across all platforms.
