We are an upcoming Virtual Assistant Agency. While finalizing our operational launch, we want to establish our digital footprint. The Role: We need a Social Media Manager to optimize and warm up our existing profiles across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This is a low-maintenance role focused on brand aesthetic, credibility, and organic warming—not aggressive marketing or growth. Responsibilities: •Profile Audit & Optimization: Update existing bios, keywords, and details across all 4 platforms. •Branding & Design: Refresh profile images, banners, and design basic templates using Canva •Content Cadence: Publish 2–4 casual, organic posts weekly on productivity, delegation, and remote work. •Account Engagement: Occasionally like and comment on posts by founders, executives, and business leaders, virtual assistants to keep profiles active. •Credibility: Ensure profiles appear authentic and established over time. •Requirements:Experience managing/optimizing B2B (LinkedIn) and B2C (IG/TikTok) business accounts. •Strong eye for clean, professional design (Canva) and basic short-form video. •Excellent written English for clear, engaging captions. •Ability to use AI (ChatGPT/Claude) for efficient research and content ideation. •Reliable and able to work independently To Apply: Share your portfolio
