We are an innovative tech company building an intelligent AI-powered scheduling system designed for complex, multi-location workforces across various industries. Our solution automatically generates optimal schedules using hard and soft rules, includes a Personal AI Concierge (via email, SMS, phone, or portal), and offers full customization with custom formulas, reports, and alerts. It excels at dynamic multi-site orchestration with no scheduling limitations — turning fragmented workforce management into seamless, intelligent operations. We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to help build and grow our brand presence from the ground up, with a strong focus on driving awareness and generating leads for our scheduling platform. This role starts with establishing our initial social presence (a few launch posts to show the brand is live), then transitions into a focused, sustainable rhythm: light organic posting (1–2 times per week or around major updates) combined with strategic paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach, visibility, and lead generation. Responsibilities - Manage and grow 3–5 key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube Shorts, etc.) - Create and publish high-quality content, including: - Short-form videos / Reels - Professional graphics and image posts - Informational / educational content - Compelling captions and written posts - Stories and community engagement content - Develop creative content ideas and posting strategies that highlight the benefits of intelligent workforce scheduling - Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads - Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand authority - Monitor trends, hashtags, and opportunities to position our solution as a leader in workforce management - Maintain a consistent, professional, and trustworthy brand voice - Schedule and manage content calendars - Analyze performance metrics (organic + paid) and continuously optimize strategies - Engage with followers and build an active, relevant online community Requirements - Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally, including both organic growth and paid advertising - Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major platforms Hands-on experience with video editing, graphic design tools, and creating original content - Demonstrated success running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) with a focus on lead generation - Knowledge of social media growth strategies, audience targeting, and analytics - Excellent writing and communication skills - Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated - Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent delivery Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with B2B SaaS, tech, or workforce management solutions - Track record of creating viral or high-engagement content - Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media management - Understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing funnels - Experience targeting industries with complex scheduling needs (healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, logistics, field services, etc.) What We’re Looking For -We need more than just a poster, we want a strategic, proactive Social Media Manager who can help establish a strong brand presence and drive real results through smart content and effective paid advertising.
