Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of our daily social content across Instagram and Facebook. This role is for someone creative, fast, organized, and highly aware of visual quality and branding. You will be responsible for creating daily content, maintaining a strong brand presence, supporting campaigns, and helping grow engagement through consistent execution and creative thinking. --- ## Responsibilities - Create 3 feed posts per day - Create 3 stories per day - Publish content across Instagram and Facebook - Create visual assets and captions using Higgsfield and approved tools - Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity - Monitor engagement, comments, and audience reactions - Bring content improvements and creative ideas weekly - Prepare for Monday strategy meetings with the Creative Manager - Work closely with the Content Manager on content direction and campaigns --- ## Requirements - Experience creating social media content consistently - Strong visual taste and understanding of branding - Experience with Photoshop, editing tools, or similar creative software - Comfortable using AI tools for content creation - Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook - Ability to work independently and stay organized - Good communication and response to feedback - Interest in fashion, lifestyle, branding, or creative culture --- ## You Are a Strong Fit If You - Can produce content daily without losing quality - Understand what makes content perform well - Have a strong eye for visuals and aesthetics - Bring ideas proactively instead of waiting for direction - Are disciplined, reliable, and fast-moving - Can take feedback professionally and improve quickly --- ## Hiring Process 1.
