# Social Media Manager **Remote | Long-Term | ABA Company** We are hiring an experienced **Social Media Manager** to build and grow the online presence of our ABA company. This is **not** a basic social media VA role. We're looking for someone who can own our social media from strategy to execution. ## Responsibilities Manage and grow our presence on: * LinkedIn * Instagram * TikTok * Facebook * X (Twitter) * YouTube Shorts (as needed) You will: * Develop and execute a social media strategy * Create content calendars * Research trends and generate content ideas * Write captions and social copy * Create graphics and branded content * Plan Reels, TikToks, and Shorts * Optimize profiles and branding * Schedule and publish content * Manage engagement * Track analytics and improve performance * Repurpose content across platforms * Use AI tools to improve workflow and content creation * Work independently and take ownership ## Requirements * Excellent English communication skills * Proven experience managing and growing business social media accounts * Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X * Strong copywriting and storytelling skills * Organized, proactive, and creative Please include: * 60–90 second introduction video * Portfolio/work samples * Links to social media accounts you've managed * Examples of content strategies or content calendars * Brief summary of your experience growing social media accounts * Your expected hourly rate **Applications without both an introduction video and portfolio will not be considered.** **Job Type:** Long-Term Contract **Hours:** 30–40 hours/week (flexible) **Location:** Remote (Worldwide)
