I'm hiring someone to manage posting across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Instagram, Facebook & TikTok: - Get authorized access to each of our official brand accounts - Draft posts in Canva or a shared doc first, following our social calendar - Send screenshots of drafted posts via WhatsApp for approval - Once approved, publish the exact same post to our brand accounts - Keep attention to detail exact (punctuation, spacing, paragraph breaks) - All assets will be shared through Dropbox - Create and edit content in Canva (experience required) Reddit & Facebook Groups: - We'll set up one official brand account together - Keep it active by joining relevant, promotion-friendly groups - Post a set number of times, following each group's posting rules We're starting small and will scale up gradually.
