The King of Content Firm is a brand positioning agency built for med spa owners who are ready to become the most recognized name in their city. We deliver premium, done-for-you content and campaigns for a select group of active clients at any given time, and we hold our own internal standards to that same premium bar. We are hiring a Social Media Manager to own the full content execution layer for our client accounts: captions, quality review, scheduling, and platform management, delivered at a standard that requires no second layer of review before it reaches the client. This is a senior, ownership-level position. You will manage the full pipeline across multiple client accounts simultaneously and be trusted to deliver polished, client-ready work independently, the first time. This is a long-term team position within a growing agency, not a short-term project or freelance gig. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us, not juggle us alongside other clients. Core Responsibilities Content Strategy Execution. Write scroll-stopping captions with strong hooks, clear calls to action, and local hashtag research for every piece of content across all active client accounts. Quality Assurance. Review every piece of content for accuracy, formatting, and correct client and platform placement before publishing. Nothing goes live with an error. Publishing and Scheduling. Manage the full content calendar and scheduling across social platforms for every client account, on time, every week. Platform and Systems Management. Maintain account access, integrations, and backend platform connections across all client accounts, identifying and resolving issues before they become client-facing. Client Reporting. Represent content performance directly to clients during their Monthly Strategic Momentum Session, presenting metrics and results with clarity and confidence. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing social media across multiple client or brand accounts simultaneously, at an agency or comparable level Excellent written English, with a natural, distinctive voice rather than generic or templated copy Excellent spoken English, with the confidence to present performance and metrics directly to clients on live calls Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, youtube, tiktok and Facebook scheduling and publishing tools Familiarity with Notion, Frame.io, and CRM/scheduling platforms, or the ability to learn new systems quickly A high standard of accuracy and independent ownership. Work is expected to be client-ready without requiring a second reviewer Schedule and Standards Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Content scheduled a full month in advance for each client, not posted week by week Captions and quality review completed within 24 hours of receiving raw or edited assets Platform or backend issues resolved within 24 hours of being identified Application Process Submit your resume along with 2 to 3 writing samples that reflect your own voice Final candidates will join a short video interview and complete a brief test task using an actual client brief we provide before an offer is extended We are building a team of professionals who take full ownership of their work.
