Social Media Manager

We are a boutique New York City residential development firm launching the social media campaign for a new 11-story luxury condominium in Chelsea, Manhattan. We are looking for a social media manager who is genuinely fluent in Adobe InDesign to take over an ongoing campaign and run it. Important: the creative already exists. We have a full library of professional renderings, photography, and branded InDesign templates built by our marketing agency. This is not a design-from-scratch project. We need someone to refresh the existing templates, update copy within them, build out the campaign, and keep it running. Scope of work Phase 1, setup (estimated one day of work): Refresh and update our existing Adobe InDesign templates, including updating text within the templates Using those templates and our existing rendering and photo library, build out a batch of 50 to 60 pieces of content: in-feed posts and stories Deliver a proposed content calendar for our approval before anything is published Phase 2, ongoing: Publish to Instagram and Facebook on the approved calendar Post stories 1 to 2 times per week Refresh Story Highlights and keep profile assets current Required Advanced Adobe InDesign proficiency. This is the single most important requirement. Please do not apply if InDesign is not a daily tool for you.
