Job Description: About Us: We are MediCall, an innovative telemedicine platform connecting patients with world-class medical specialists and top-tier doctors (from the US, Europe, and Georgia) for independent second opinions, specialized digital packages, and complex consultations. We are currently scaling up and looking for a talented professional (or a small agency/team) to build our visual brand identity from scratch and manage our social media channels to directly drive sales. What We Need: We need a comprehensive solution. This includes developing our unique brand style guidelines (visual grid, typography, post templates, color consistency) and using this newly created identity to run a conversion-centric social media funnel. Key Responsibilities: Brand Identity & Visual Style Design: Create a unique, premium, and trustworthy brand book/style guide for our social media. Build templates for posts, stories, and carousel layouts. Doctor Profile Homogenization: Edit, standardize, and format photos of our medical specialists (headshots, credentials, announcements) to ensure a unified, cohesive, and premium corporate look across all assets based on the new style guide. Copywriting & Content Creation: Write engaging, high-converting social media posts (primarily for Facebook and Instagram) tailored to both B2C (patients looking for medical packages) and B2B audiences (insurance companies, partners). Conversion-Driven Strategy: Manage post scheduling and execute tactics to increase engagement, generate high-quality leads, and directly boost sales via social channels. Requirements: Proven experience in both Brand Identity/Graphic Design and Social Media Marketing (SMM). Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity creation, social media grid design, and image manipulation (homogenization of mismatched profile pictures into a sleek corporate style). Healthcare, Telemedicine, or Wellness niche experience is a major plus. Strong copywriting skills capable of maintaining a trustworthy, professional, yet empathetic tone. Understanding of social media sales funnels and how to drive ROI/sales through organic and paid-aligned content.
