Social Media Marketer: Reddit / LinkedIn / Facebook for B2B SaaS ($15–25/hr, 10-20 hrs/wk)

PinpointIQ (https://pinpointiq.ai (https://pinpointiq.ai) is a B2B market intelligence platform for private equity firms and multi-site operators evaluating location-based businesses (HVAC, dental, veterinary, fitness, med spa, and 25+ other verticals). We've built a full posting plan across Reddit, LinkedIn, and Facebook and need someone to execute it consistently. Rate: $15–$25/hr depending on experience. Higher for an exceptional fit. Hours: 10-20/week, ongoing. Trial for the first 2 weeks; if it works, this becomes a 6–12 month role. What you'll do: Execute a pre-written community engagement plan across 3 platforms to drive traffic to the website: • 200+ pre-written posts are ready to go in a shared Google Sheet. You don't write content — you post it and manage responses. • 10 posts per week across all platforms combined. • Respond to comments and DMs during your working window, using reply templates provided for common scenarios. • Track activity and responses in a shared Google sheet and communicate with us via an Telegram channel. What's already done for you • 200+ posts drafted (full text, hooks, timing, community-specific tone) • Reply templates for every likely comment scenario, quoted verbatim • UTM-tagged tracking URLs per post • Community-by-community rules on verification, karma, link policies • A "How to Start" onboarding guide with a Facebook/LinkedIn access workflow and escalation protocol Required skills • Social Media marketing experience in the B2B SaaS Space • Comfortable posting to Reddit, LinkedIn and Facebook from our brand accounts (we'll grant access) • Strong written English, quick response time • Attention to detail — every row has specific instructions and we need them followed • Comfortable with Google Sheets Time commitment • 10-20 hours/week, ongoing • Flexible schedule • Response time to comments matters more than any specific work schedule
