Social Media Marketer

I'm looking for an experienced Social Media Manager for a D2C maternity brand. This role can be broken down into 3 parts. The core aspects are ads management and creative work, along with some technical aspects such as managing of the backend systems for website management. Technical Support: - Website edits and management tasks (as required) - Initial review of the website and backend, to see if there's anything to implement - Backend Technical Issues on Website Management (Systems include: Titanmail, Woocommerce, Hitpay, Wordpress, Mailchimp) - Ad monitoring and Analytics Report Social Media Creative Support: - Meta Ads Management: Idea generation, Ads image creation, changing as per what is performing in the paid ads - Grow the social media accounts organically: build the content calendar through 8x posts per month across Instagram & Facebook first. Develop formats that grow reach and followers for a D2C brand through idea generation, create design and copywriting. You know what works to grow social media accounts organically in 2026 and can prove you've done it - Artwork, caption, copywriting with 5x revision per piece - Keen eye for details and emotions that work for sales convertibility in a maternal / children focused space - All strategic direction/permission/approvals stay with the founder - All deliverables should be submitted for review within 3-5 days, depending on complexity - All deliverables can be uploaded to Canva Who are we looking for: - Proven track record growing organic social accounts for brands (Please show us the accounts which you grew and explain what you did) - Strong Photoshop and AI design tool skills required; Strong hands-on content skills; Confident with short-form video editing (Capcut and Canva), captions, stories - Ideally: experience reaching pregnant mothers/ mothers-to-be or working with maternity brands - Excellent international English - clear, warm and universally understandable - You're organized, authentic, creative, friendly and warm. You are a team member who understands the importance of open communication and delivering deliverables within the timeline stipulated.
