Social Media Marketing Ads

I am looking for a highly curious, analytical person to study winning marketing ads, identify patterns, and develop new creative angles. No prior creative strategist experience is required. I care far more about pattern recognition, strong thinking, and willingness to learn than prior marketing experience. This is a remote position with base pay plus performance-based bonuses. You will work directly with real marketing campaigns and receive immediate feedback from the market on your ideas. If you are interested in marketing, psychology, advertising, persuasion, consumer behavior, or entrepreneurship, this role will give you hands-on experience developing skills that apply to virtually any business. The work is self-directed and asynchronous. You can work on your own schedule as long as assignments are completed on time. I expect most team members to spend approximately 2–4 hours per day in the role. Recent graduates and current college students are encouraged to apply.
