Social Media Marketing Assistant (Instagram & TikTok) Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, consistent, and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Assistant to help grow and promote top social media models managed by Cinderella Models LLC. This role requires creating and managing multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts for assigned talent, posting content daily, and helping maximize reach, engagement, and audience growth. Responsibilities Create and manage multiple Instagram and TikTok accounts for assigned models. Upload and schedule content consistently every day. Post 3 videos per day on each assigned account. Follow posting schedules and content strategies provided by management. Organize content files and maintain a structured workflow. Monitor account performance and identify high-performing content. Ensure all posts are uploaded correctly with captions, hashtags, and proper formatting. Report account progress and growth metrics regularly. Communicate with management regarding content needs and account updates. Stay up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends. Requirements Experience using Instagram and TikTok. Strong understanding of viral content and social media growth. Ability to create and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Extremely reliable and consistent with daily posting requirements. Strong organizational skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Available every day to ensure content is posted on schedule. Good communication skills. Daily Expectations Manage multiple assigned accounts. Post 3 videos per day per account. Maintain consistent activity and engagement. Follow instructions and content plans provided by management. Meet daily deadlines without exception. Ideal Candidate Has experience growing social media pages. Understands Instagram Reels and TikTok algorithms. Enjoys content marketing and audience growth.
