Social Media Marketing & Content Creator (In-Person | Houston, TX | Ongoing Opportunity)

We’re looking for a creative, hands\-on Social Media Marketing & Content Creator to support two growing lifestyle brands in the beauty, wellness, and experiential events space\. This is an in\-person role based in **Houston, Texas**\. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on\-site, helping capture content, and bringing ideas to life in real time\. ### About Us We run two growing brands focused on elevated aesthetics, meaningful customer experiences, and strong storytelling\. One is a modern ecommerce beauty brand, and the other focuses on luxury floral design and wellness experiences for private clients, corporate events, and special occasions\. Both brands are highly visual, design\-driven, and rooted in lifestyle, beauty, and luxury experiences\. ### What You’ll Do We’re looking for someone who can help us bring our brands to life across social media through both strategy and content creation\. Responsibilities include: - Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms - Attend in\-person content days to film, shoot, and capture behind\-the\-scenes moments - Help develop creative ideas for Reels, short\-form video, and lifestyle content - Assist with on\-site filming of products, events, installations, and brand experiences - Edit and repurpose content for social media platforms - Maintain a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic across both brands - Stay up to date on social media trends and suggest fresh, relevant content ideas - Support content planning calendars and posting strategy This role is very collaborative and hands\-on—we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of the creative process in real time, not just working remotely\. ### Ideal Qualifications - Experience in social media marketing and content creation \(especially Instagram and TikTok\) - Strong video editing skills \(CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, or similar tools\) - A strong visual eye and understanding of beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury branding - Comfortable being on\-site and helping film content in person - Strong communication skills and a proactive, creative mindset - **Excellent command of English \(spoken and written\)** for clear communication and content creation - Based in **Houston, TX** and able to travel locally for shoots and content days ### We’re Looking For Someone Who… - Thinks creatively and brings ideas to the table, not just execution - Enjoys being part of a brand’s story and helping shape its visual identity - Is comfortable behind and sometimes in front of the camera if needed - Understands how to create content that feels elevated, natural, and engaging - Is excited about long\-term growth and being part of a developing brand team This role has strong potential to grow into additional opportunities, including more frequent in\-person work, expanded creative direction responsibilities, and deeper involvement with both brands\. **When applying, please include:** - Examples of social media accounts or content you’ve managed or created -What part of Houston you live in - Links to Reels, TikToks, or video content you’ve produced - A brief explanation of your content strategy approach for lifestyle or beauty brands - Your availability and expected rate \(hourly or project\-based\)
