Social Media Marketing Expert for Event Planning

We plan and organize events such as birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, private parties, celebrations, and other special occasions. We want to build a strong online presence, showcase our work, attract the right audience, and generate genuine enquiries and bookings through social media. What We Need: The selected freelancer will be responsible for: * Developing a monthly social media strategy * Creating engaging and visually appealing posts, carousels, reels, and stories * Writing captions and relevant hashtags * Managing Instagram and Facebook * Creating content around our events, decorations, themes, services, and past work * Showcasing completed events through attractive before/after and event highlights * Creating Reels that have the potential to generate organic reach * Maintaining a consistent posting schedule * Researching relevant trends, sounds, hashtags, and content ideas * Increasing engagement and growing our relevant audience * Responding to comments/messages where required * Identifying opportunities to generate enquiries and leads * Tracking monthly performance and providing recommendations for improvement Our Main Goal: We want social media to help us: * Generate genuine enquiries * Get more event/party bookings * Reach potential customers in our target market * Build a strong and professional brand image * Increase engagement and visibility * Showcase our creativity and previous work * Build trust with potential customers Ideal Freelancer: We are looking for someone who: * Has proven experience in Social Media Marketing * Understands Instagram and Facebook marketing * Has strong knowledge of Reels and short-form content * Has good creative and copywriting skills * Understands how to create content that converts viewers into enquiries * Can independently suggest new content ideas and strategies * Understands audience targeting and local marketing Experience with Meta Ads will be an added advantage, although our primary requirement is organic social media marketing.
