We’re building a premium, physician-led longevity brand and need a Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth from day one. This is not a posting or VA role. We want a strategic marketer who specializes in social media marketing, understands branding, audience psychology, organic growth, and AI-powered marketing—and can build a premium social presence that drives followers, engagement, traffic, and memberships. Responsibilities * Own and execute the full social media marketing strategy * Build social presence from 0 * Create a premium, minimalist brand aesthetic across platforms * Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-performing social content * Adapt content uniquely for each platform * Grow followers, engagement, reach, and conversions through social channels * Build an engaged longevity-focused community * Track performance and optimize using social analytics and data * Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and AI tools Platforms * Instagram * Facebook * TikTok * YouTube * X Twitter * LinkedIn You must deeply understand each platform and tailor social-first strategies accordingly. AI Skills We are AI-first. You should actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Runway, Opus Clip, ElevenLabs, or similar to enhance social media strategy, content creation, and workflows.
