We offer innovative filtration systems, behavioral replacement tools, and professional support programs to help people worldwide break free from nicotine dependence and move toward a healthier lifestyle. We are looking for capable social media partners to help us reach more people who need support. Overview We are hiring social media operators who are familiar with major overseas platforms to manage content and drive growth for Vapeaway on: Reddit Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube You may choose to focus on one platform or take on multiple platforms. Please clearly indicate which platform(s) you wish to cover in your proposal. What You Will Do Develop a promotion strategy – Based on Vapeaway's brand positioning and target audience (people trying to quit vaping), propose clear goals and actionable execution plans for your chosen platform(s). Content creation & operation – Create native, platform-appropriate content (images, short videos, posts, community interactions, etc.), maintain a content calendar, and ensure consistent posting. Community engagement & growth – Manage comments, DMs, and interactions to build and maintain strong brand-audience relationships, growing both followers and engagement rates. Data review & optimization – Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion leads, etc.), report results regularly, and refine strategies based on performance data. What We Look For In-depth knowledge of at least one platform's rules, content style, and user behavior. Strong content planning and creation skills (copywriting, basic image/video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, etc.). Interest in or knowledge of DTC brands, health & wellness, or smoking cessation/harm reduction is a plus. Proficient in English (reading and writing) – ability to produce authentic, native-level content. Data-driven mindset – able to quickly adjust strategies based on feedback and analytics. Compensation Structure We offer a Fixed Base + Performance Bonus model: Fixed base: Please include your expected monthly fixed rate, hourly rate, or project-based fixed fee in your proposal. Performance bonus: Additional bonuses will be awarded based on key metrics such as follower growth, engagement rate, and conversion leads (specific KPIs to be mutually agreed upon). A brief promotion strategy for Vapeaway (1–2 pages): your understanding of the platform, target audience positioning, content direction suggestions, growth expectations, and initial execution plan.
