Growth Marketing & Influencer Partnerships Specialist (Remote) Your Mission - Your goal is to increase awareness of our Chrome extension for language learning, recruit creators into our affiliate program, and generate new paying subscribers. - You will be responsible for both growing our social channels and building relationships with influencers and affiliates. Responsibilities 1. Social Media Growth - Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook, Reddit, and other relevant platforms. - Create short-form video content using existing product screenshots, demos, and user stories. - Research trends and create content ideas that attract language learners. - Grow social media followers and engagement. - Manage posting schedules and content calendars. 2. Influencer & Affiliate Outreach - Identify language-learning, education, travel, anime, K-drama, Netflix, and study-abroad creators. - Build creator databases and prospect lists. - Find publicly available creator contact information. - Reach out via email, Instagram DM, TikTok DM, and other channels. - Recruit creators into the LingoPause affiliate program. - Manage creator relationships and follow-ups. - Track affiliate performance and conversions. 3. Growth Marketing - Test new acquisition channels. - Identify communities where language learners gather. - Create partnerships and promotional opportunities. - Suggest and execute growth experiments. Requirements - Experience growing social media accounts. - Experience with influencer outreach and affiliate marketing. - Strong written English. - Comfortable creating social media content. - Experience using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets, Modash, Apify, Phantombuster, similar marketing and outreach tools To Apply Please answer the following: - Have you grown a social media account from 0 to 10,000+ followers?
