Summary

I am looking for someone who develops a data-driven content strategy that increases organic reach, website traffic and conversions. Responsibilities include: Research content currently performing well within the education, disability, behaviour support and allied health sectors. Identify trending topics, frequently asked questions and search intent relevant to my audience. Conduct keyword and hashtag research for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Develop platform-specific content strategies rather than posting the same content everywhere. Recommend the types of content that generate the highest engagement, website traffic and enquiries. Create high-quality Canva graphics, carousels, infographics and other static social media content. Edit and repurpose long-form content (blogs, webinars and videos) into multiple social media posts. Develop YouTube optimisation strategies including titles, descriptions, keywords and thumbnails. Analyse competitors to identify content gaps and opportunities. Review analytics regularly and refine the strategy based on performance. Recommend improvements based on current platform algorithms and best practices. Build a content calendar aligned with launches, seasonal events and audience interests.
