Social Media VA - Multi-Account Posting, Stories, Influencer Outreach & Pinterest Growth

I run a digital marketing agency managing social media for 5-6 brands across fashion, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle. I'm looking for a reliable, AI-savvy Virtual Assistant to handle daily social media execution across multiple client accounts. What you'll do: Daily Execution - Post content and stories on time across 5-6 Instagram accounts daily - Schedule and post on Pinterest across multiple brand accounts - Manage influencer DMs — outreach, replies, and follow-ups across different brand accounts - Reply to comments and DMs as per brand voice guidelines I provide Design & Content Creation - Create story visuals and basic post designs in Canva when needed - Maintain brand consistency across each account's visual style Pinterest Growth - Manage Pinterest boards, pinning strategy, and growth for multiple brands - Strong understanding of Pinterest SEO and what drives traffic/growth on the platform AI-Powered Ideation - Use AI tools to generate content ideas, captions, hashtag strategies, and growth suggestions - Bring fresh ideas proactively — don't wait to be asked You're the right fit if: - You have hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously - You're extremely reliable with timing — posts go out when they're supposed to, no chasing needed - You're strong with Canva for quick story and visual creation - You genuinely understand Pinterest — not just posting but growing on it - You use AI tools daily and know how to extract real ideas from them, not just generic output - You're proactive — you flag problems before they become issues - You're available during PST hours for daily coordination Tools you should know: Canva, Later/Planoly/Buffer or similar scheduling tools, ChatGPT or other AI tools, Pinterest Business, Instagram Creator/Business tools, Asana (preferred)
